  • How much time in between turnovers?

    Times for Vacation Rental cleaning are from 10am-2pm, 11am-3p, 12pm-4pm. We require 4 hours. 

  • Do you have flexible scheduling?

    Yes, we clean 7 days a week. Whether your rentals are 3 days, 4, 5, 7, we have the flexibility to clean your unit any day. No worries. Thats why everyone loves us!

  • What kind of payments do you accept?

    We accept payments by Zelle, Venmo, Checks or Credit Cards. For Credit Cards we apply State NJ Tax. 

  • Are you Licensed & Insured?

    Yes, we are licensed through the State of NJ and have a 2 million dollar Insurance policy through "Next Insurance".  YOUR SAFE

  • Do you report any damages from the renters?

    We will report any damages or any items that were left behind by your renters, yes. 

  • Do you provide Year-Round rental cleanings?

    Absolutely, we would love to clean your rental unit year round

  • Do you provide laundry services?

    Yes, for an additional cost, we can.  Laundry services are a seperate entity from cleaning.
