THE DIRT CODE ASSESSMENT

Assessing the level of dirt in your home is the key to providing an accurate estimate. We often have customers express that they’re not quite sure where to rate their home’s current cleanliness level. So, today we wanted to take you through and explain our cleanliness level scale! Using this scale below helps determine how much work is needed to complete the job.

LEVEL 1

 Immaculate

It looks like a model home.

Cleaned Daily



LEVEL 2

Exceptional

Tidy & Cleaned Weekly


LEVEL 3

Moderately Clean

House is cleaned biweekly and has some dust

LEVEL 4

Satisfactory Clean

House that is cleaned monthly. Has noticeable dust, dirt

LEVEL 5

 Average

Home is cleaned occasionally and has significant dust, dirt, stains. It looks messy and crowded. Deep clean recommended.




LEVEL 6

Below Average

 Home is fairly dirty. It is cleaned sporadically and has excessive dust, dirt, stains, or odors. It looks chaotic and disorganized.

Deep Clean recommended.


LEVEL 7

Fallen Behind

Home is very dirty. It is rarely cleaned and has abundant dust, dirt, grime, clutter, stains, or odors. It looks unpleasant. Deep Clean recommended.



LEVEL 8

Very Challenging

 Home is extremely dirty. It is rarely cleaned and has copious dust, dirt, grime, clutter, stains, or odors. It is Challenging. These types of homes will require a Deep Clean.


LEVEL 9

Hazardous

Home is neglected and has dangerous dust, dirt, grime,

clutter, stains, or odors. It looks unsafe and unhealthy, These types of homes will require a intervention from specialized cleaners.



LEVEL 10

Unhabitable

 Home is abandoned and has toxic dust, dirt, grime, clutter, stains, or odors. It looks uninhabitable. These types of homes

will require a complete renovation or demolition.
